With any specific questions we ask that you please fully complete our Shipt Gear Request Form. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days. If you have contacted us on Saturday or Sunday, we will respond the following week.


Return/Exchange Policy

If you would like to return an item that you purchased from the shop, please mail it back to Bluemark Inc., Attn: Shipt Returns, 27909 Hancock Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355. Please include a note with your name and order number.

Once we receive your items, you will be issued a full refund to the original payment method. 

Please note, we may only accept returns within the last 60 days and merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise compromised of its original condition may be denied a refund. We are unable to offer direct exchanges for your return at this time. All discounted merchandise, in the "Last Chance" collection, will be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Welcome Packages: If you need to return your welcome package or have any questions about it, please email shopperstore@shipt.com so we can take care of that for you. You are welcome to write "return to sender" on the package and leave it for your mail carrier for pickup.

Why does my order say "unfulfilled"?

Our online store shows "unfulfilled" when your order has not been put together yet. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped out as soon as possible, in accordance with order volume, and you will receive an email with tracking. All orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days of ordering.
